Everything in the $4,999 build.
Twenty-three features, one flat price, no tiers and no phase-two upsell. Below that, an honest list of what a website alone does not cover, because most agencies won't give you one.
Twenty-three features, one flat price
Grouped by what they do for the practice: filling the calendar, growing revenue per patient, getting found, and not breaking.
Bookings
Every price visible without clicking or calling: per unit, per syringe, per session.
Boulevard, Jane, Vagaro, Square, Zenoti, GlossGenius or Aesthetic Record — deep-linked with the treatment pre-selected, never embedded in an iframe.
Four questions, one per screen, for the $2,000+ decisions nobody self-schedules.
Your phone buzzes within five seconds with the treatment and the day part they asked for.
Designed at 390px first, with a booking bar that follows the scroll. Most of your traffic is a thumb on a phone.
Hold the appointment and cut no-shows. Runs through Stripe's hosted fields. Card data never touches your site.
Revenue
Memberships are 20–30% of med spa revenue and the most under-designed page in the category.
One line in context plus a page that works the numbers, not a logo wall.
Draggable, keyboard operable, filterable by concern, treatment or provider, with results-vary and California consent notices designed in.
Every result links straight to that injector's calendar. Social proof to revenue in one tap.
An editorial page that seeds the in-room conversation, or full e-commerce if you sell skincare directly.
Getting found locally
Patients rarely drive fifteen minutes for injectables, so one page for a whole metro loses to pages built per neighbourhood. We architect around the affluent zip codes surrounding your clinic.
MedicalBusiness, Physician and MedicalProcedure markup carrying your real coordinates and your state board credentials: the structure Google uses to treat you as a real local entity.
Healthcare is the most AI-summarised category on the web — 51% of health searches now return an AI Overview. We publish a plain-text summary of your practice, treatments and prices at llms.txt, and write FAQ blocks the way patients actually speak to Siri and ChatGPT.
Your clinic, your treatments and your neighbourhood connected as related entities rather than repeated keywords.
Categories, services, hours, photos and Q&A. For a local practice this outranks the website in value.
Submitted and verified, so you can see what you rank for from day one rather than taking our word for it.
Built properly
Measured on a throttled phone, not on a laptop on office wifi.
Checked by machine on every change, which reduces exposure to the ADA demand letters hitting California practices.
No Meta Pixel, no GA4. Booking and confirmation routes carry nothing third-party at all. Analytics are cookieless.
Enquiries route to your phone and inbox and are never kept in a database of ours.
California CCPA, the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, the New York SHIELD Act — whichever applies to you sits on top of federal HIPAA. No personal data in URLs, no third-party sharing, and a privacy notice before anyone submits anything.
In your own hosting account, in your name, from launch. No retainer, no code hostage.
What a website alone does not cover
Most agencies won't give you this list. It matters more than the feature list above.
What this does not cover
- A signed BAA with your host. Standard hosting tiers don't sign one. You need a HIPAA plan or a certified host, and we'll tell you which before we start.
- Card data. Payments run through Stripe's hosted fields, so card numbers never touch your site or our code. The Stripe account and its terms are yours.
- A HIPAA-compliant booking backend. The site connects to Boulevard, Jane or whatever you already run, which handle it natively. We don't rebuild one.
- Your privacy policy and notice of privacy practices. We generate them from your details; your attorney should read them before launch.
- Legal advice on your state board's requirements. We build to them and cite them; your attorney signs off before launch.
- SOC 2. Not addressed and not relevant unless you build a software product on top of this.
The site is built and coded to support full compliance. Compliance itself completes when the real backends are connected and your attorney has reviewed the policies, any agency telling you a website alone makes you HIPAA compliant is selling something that does not exist.
Open a real one on your phone
LUMEN Aesthetics is a complete build running live: fourteen routes, every treatment priced, a filterable results gallery, membership and financing pages, and booking wired end to end. It is a demonstration practice rather than a client, and the site says so on itself.

Fifteen minutes. We look at your site and your booking platform and tell you plainly whether this is worth doing.
