LUMEN Aesthetics is a complete med spa website we built to show exactly what $4,999 buys. It is not a mockup and not a screenshot reel. Every feature below is live, and you can use it right now.
LUMEN is a clinic we invented. We built it from nothing so we could show real work without putting a client’s site — or their patients’ data — into a sales deck, and without passing off another agency’s work as ours.
Eight things worth clicking
Each opens the live site in a new tab. Nothing you type is stored, and there is no tracking on it.
Booking, on your own pages
Real dates, real times, real availability. Pick a slot and it is taken. Most clinic sites drop patients into a Boulevard or Vagaro iframe that looks nothing like the rest of the site. This keeps them on yours.
Open it →A deposit that stops no-shows
An optional card hold at the end of booking, refunded in full if they cancel 24 hours ahead. No-shows are the largest recoverable loss in a med spa, and almost no clinic website does anything about them.
Open it →A finder for people who cannot name what they want
Three questions about what bothers them and how much downtime they can take, ending on a treatment they can book. A treatment menu asks the visitor to already know the answer; most do not.
Open it →A shop that actually checks out
Skincare with a running basket, member pricing and delivery, and a checkout that flags prescription-strength items for your review before anything ships.
Open it →Gift cards, sold at midnight
Any amount, delivered by email on a date the buyer picks. Paid for now, redeemed later, and often by someone who has never walked in.
Open it →Dated offers, not a permanent sale
Every promotion carries a real end date, and expired ones say so rather than quietly vanishing. A page of undated specials teaches patients your prices are soft.
Open it →Treatment pages built for how people search
Price, duration, downtime and results timeline on every treatment, marked up so Google and AI answers can quote them directly.
Open it →The compliance pages most clinics are missing
Consumer health data notice, notice at collection, accessibility statement. Expected of a medical practice, and absent from most med spa sites we audit.
Open it →“But what will mine look like?”
The same build renders three ways. Open the demo and use the Style control at the bottom left of any page to switch between them. The content stays put; the entire design language changes. Yours is chosen on the call, and you are not limited to these three.
Warm
Cream, blush and a deep teal accent, with a display serif. For the practice selling an experience.
Clinical
Cool whites, slate and medical blue. Tight corners, no display serif, one typeface doing every job. For the practice whose argument is medical.
Editorial
Bone, near-black and burnt ochre. Square corners, with the serif left to carry the page. For the practice selling taste.
Every palette was contrast-checked against WCAG before it shipped — each pairing, both directions. Accessibility is not something we bolt on at the end.
What the demo deliberately does not do
It takes no money
The deposit and both checkouts stop at the payment step. On your build that button opens your own Stripe or Square account, so card details never touch the website and you never enter PCI scope.
It stores nothing
No database, no analytics, no cookies. Complete a booking and it shows you the text message and the email your front desk would have received, generated from what you just typed — then forgets it.
Nothing on it is borrowed
No invented reviews, no before-and-afters lifted from someone else, no other agency’s work presented as ours. Every word and every pixel we made.
